• Gestire un portafoglio clienti, costruendo relazioni solide e durature per offrire un servizio eccellente e individuare nuove opportunità di vendita • Identificare potenziali clienti, organizzare incontri e gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita fino alla chiusura • Garantire la consegna puntuale e professionale di preventivi e proposte commerciali, massimizzando i tassi di conversione • Raggiungere gli obiettivi finanziari e i KPI di performance (quantitativi e qualitativi) • Utilizzare efficacemente il sistema CRM per tracciare le interazioni con i clienti, gestire pipeline di vendita, aggiornare i dati e pianificare le attività • Monitorare e ottimizzare vendite e margini utilizzando strumenti come ERP, CRM e dashboard analitici • Collaborare coi venditori interni (Internal Account Manager) e specialisti di prodotto (Product Manager) per garantire soluzioni tempestive e personalizzate ai clienti • Mantenere una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti, servizi e del valore aggiunto offerto da Brenntag
Job Requirements
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito commerciale in realtà complesse e organizzate
- Esperienza pregressa in una realtà chimica, distributiva, o produttiva orientata alla customizzazione
- Forte motivazione, orientamento al risultato e spirito d’iniziativa
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
- Eccellenti doti relazionali e comunicative, con capacità di influenzare stakeholder a tutti i livelli
- Abilità di ascolto, negoziazione e presentazione
- Attitudine al problem solving e mentalità proattiva
- Competenze analitiche per una gestione efficace di clienti, prezzi e margini
- Capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente con attenzione ai dettagli
- Esperienza nell’uso di CRM, sistemi ERP e pacchetto MS Office
- Spirito di squadra e capacità di collaborazione trasversale
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

• Primary contact for all aspects of LBS for the customer • Sell the entire portfolio of LBS (Histology Consumables, Histology Instrumentation, Advanced Staining Instrumentation, Advanced Staining Consumables, Digital Pathology and Point of Sale Service) • Achieve and exceed region’s quarterly and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals • Forecast monthly revenue projections utilizing the company CRM (Salesforce.com) • Drive and provide support on customer evaluations, installations and training across the product lines • Develop, solidify and maintain, high-level relationships within key accounts (including Top 10) in assigned geography • Maintain competent working knowledge of Danaher Business System tools and utilize such knowledge in all interactions with internal and external customers
• Develop and execute local business strategy according with EMEA guidelines and deliver sustainable growth and significant share win based on a deep understanding of local market dynamics, future trends and competitive landscape. • Research and identify opportunities in line with strategic directives to generate sales, increase the installed base penetration, upsell existing contracts and expand the portfolio of solutions sold. • Use Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools, implement Daily Work and Standard Management on Funnel Management and Forecasting.
