Job Requirements

  • Formación académica Profesional en Estadística, Matemáticas, Administración de Empresas, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.
  • Deseable especialización o certificaciones en Inteligencia Artificial, Machine Learning o Ciencia de Datos.
  • Conocimientos técnicos Orquestación de agentes de IA y frameworks como AnythingLLM, LangChain o AutoGen/CrewAI.
  • Fundamentos de Machine Learning: modelos clásicos, redes neuronales, fine-tuning de transformers y embeddings.
  • Desarrollo en Python (arquitectura limpia, pruebas con pytest, servicios REST).
  • Deseable experiencia en FastAPI, programación asíncrona y APIs REST/gRPC.
  • Modelado de datos relacional y procesos ETL.
  • Deseable conocimiento en Airflow, Prefect o procesamiento en tiempo real (Kafka).
  • MLOps: Git, Docker, DVC; deseable MLflow, Kubernetes y CI/CD.
