• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the delivery of digital marketing services, increase efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction • Supervise and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, including project managers, campaign specialists, and analysts • Continuously assess and refine operational processes to maximize productivity and quality • Collaborate with the client services team to understand client requirements, expectations, and feedback • Manage resource allocation, including staffing and budgeting, to meet project demands and deadlines effectively • Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of work • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support digital marketing campaigns • Generate regular reports on operational performance, project status, and key metrics

Job Requirements
