• Develop and empower our retail partners to reach new heights of performance. • Lead Hästens’ growth in your region with an entrepreneurial mindset – act as an owner, not an employee. • Open doors, close deals, and create opportunities others only dream of. • Design and implement business action plans that redefine success. • Strengthen Hästens’ position as a global luxury brand through your strategic leadership. • Travel, negotiate, and influence at the highest levels across your region, with occasional trips to Sweden and other international destinations. • Annual Business Action Plans with activities to improve traffic, revenue, and conversion rates, and reach sales targets. • Tracking of BAP activity outcomes against plans. • Achieve yearly sales targets. • Bi-yearly visual merchandising reports, with agreed improvement plans. • Store visit reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven entrepreneurial spirit – you take ownership, show initiative, and deliver without waiting for direction.
  • Ideally some experience from founding, scaling, or leading a business.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on creating mutual growth with partners.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Experience in luxury sales, retail (B2B/B2C) and HNWI customer relationships is advantageous.
  • Strategic, fearless, and competitive – you play to win and inspire others to do the same.
  • Analytical and action-oriented – you plan, execute, and own your results.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel approximately 80%.
