• Requirements Analysis & Application Design • Providing accurate estimates and timings to project managers • Daily interaction with clients to facilitate successful project implementation. • Delivery of application development using standard web development methodologies • Mentoring other developers within a project team & Peer code review • Ensuring all QA procedures are satisfied in terms of process and documentation

• Develop new customers and promote company product applications • Achieve sales revenue for assigned territory • Perform SWOT analysis for own territory market and collect competitive information • Identify new target customers and sales opportunities • Plan and organize sales activities like demos and seminars • Meet Sales Objectives & Budget of the company • Co-operate with Finance department to improve performance of receivables • Involve in forecasting and preparation of implementation plans • Participate in product exhibitions to promote products and generate leads • Keep up to date with market developments and new projects

• Act as a technical reference and hands-on contributor on the Platform team, enabling Product and Marketing (CRM/Growth) squads. • Build and operate reusable services: message orchestration (email/push/in-app), experimentation service (feature flags/A/B), events catalog/contract, identity/consent (LGPD), server-side tracking, and data quality. • Accelerate personalization and experimentation, ensure reliable data, and reduce time-to-market for Product and CRM/Growth initiatives, with security, governance, and cost under control.
