The Internal Wholesaler will proactively partner with external wholesaler partner to develop and grow sales in alignment with business plans. This individual will be engaged in all areas of Annuity sales distribution, including illustrations, product knowledge, sales strategies, marketing, and commissions. You have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key partners. You will Work collaboratively with External Wholesaler to build and manage relationships within territory. Proactively follow up on annuity illustrations and large cases. Initiate sales calls daily to strengthen relationships and provide marketing and sales support. Provide advanced case design support. Work with External Annuity Wholesaler to identify new sales opportunities across product lines. Continually monitor practices of competition and report findings to Management when appropriate. Generate comprehensive reports, presentations and ad hoc special projects as needed. You have Life License Series 6 Bachelor’s degree Demonstrated understanding of the competitive landscape, financial markets, and industry related topics. Knowledge of and experience with annuities – minimum 3 years experience Strong understanding of competitive marketplace. Proven ability to show leadership in establishing excellent relationships with key support areas inside Guardian. Excellent Relationship Management/Client Relations skills. Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
