MariaDB
• Optimize the sales tech stack with Salesforce CRM and MariaDB data integration. • Manage system configurations, troubleshoot complex data workflows, and promote advanced technologies. • Bridge the gap between traditional CRM management and modern AI automation. • Leverage AI, machine learning, and automated workflows to enhance CRM performance. • Generate and analyze reports using Power BI or similar tools. • Utilize low-code/no-code automation tools to streamline CRM workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations or Salesforce.com Administration
- Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Excel and Power BI.
- Salesforce.com Certified
- Foundational knowledge of MariaDB or general SQL for data management.
- Familiarity with integrated SaaS platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, ERP, or Data Warehouses).
- A strong understanding of emerging digital trends, specifically AI-driven sales tools and predictive modeling.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and adapt to change management.
