• Proactively identify, evaluate and share business use cases where advanced analytics, automation, machine learning, or AI can drive significant efficiency and value for JLL and our clients • Manage data projects and pipeline based on business requirement, account impact, data availability, technical feasibility, and resource requirements • Develop proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate tangible business impact, with a track record of taking experimental approach to production • Execute complete solution delivery from business case development through mockup and impact measurement, prioritizing speed-to-value through agile development and phased implementation approaches • Provide regular updates to management on project progress, pipeline of opportunities, and technical challenges to ensure alignment and support for data science initiatives • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand problems, define success metrics, and validate solution effectiveness • Navigate JLL's Azure and Databricks environment and technology landscape to identify the most effective tools and approaches for each business challenge, and maintain clear playbook, documentation and cross train for knowledge continuity • Work with IT and platform teams to secure necessary permissions and troubleshoot technical barriers to implementation • Maintain and enhance existing BI infrastructure while building advanced analytical capabilities that address real business needs

• Assist the team in day-to-day tasks spanning various activities throughout the organization, emphasizing process enhancement, data and business analysis, corporate initiatives, and documentation • Acquire proficiency in navigating C1 ’s intranet; editing and indexing techniques to update the Transformation Office intranet page effectively • Gather, interpret, and analyze extensive datasets and databases to derive insights • Learn and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing internal software systems • Cultivate a culture that champions continuous improvement and embraces positive change in alignment with C1 's mission and vision, furthering its tradition of excellence • Actively participate in departmental and team meetings • Fulfill additional responsibilities or duties as reasonably assigned by C1 to contribute to the operational and financial success of the Company

This team member will support the ops360 and anaplan connections for personal investor operational readiness and help inform connectivity across those products and the OR team, as well as cross PI initiatives and analysis for senior leaders Core Responsibilities 1. • Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities • Undertake data collection and implement business product solutions • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions • Design and build technical processes to address business issues • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets • Perform data consolidation/data analysis and communicate findings in a clear manner to external clients • Communicate directly with internal stakeholders as well as clients to translate business/data challenges into reports, insights, and analysis • Create and maintain dashboards to track partner’s KPI in data visualization software (Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau) • Develop and implement data collection systems, data analyses and new strategies to measure campaign performances • Create documentation for various types of reports including methodologies, templates in Excel, slides, and/or sheets for training purposes • Work closely with clients, programmers, and functional teams to design business intelligence and operational reporting solutions for decision making and compliance monitoring • Research industry changes & provide insight on how to proceed with new processes • Train, develop and assist on supervising analyst-level employees • Ad-hoc special projects
