• Manage Sourcing & Contracting Operations: Serve as the operational lead for the end-to-end sourcing and contracting lifecycle. You will manage the throughput and execution of sourcing events (RFx) and contract generation, ensuring the tactical "machinery" of the deal flow is efficient. • Optimize the Source-to-PR Lifecycle: Act as the process owner for the sourcing and requisitioning workflow. You will identify friction points, eliminate manual handoffs, and execute the strategy to automate the user journey for stakeholders across Waymo. • Orchestrate System Processes: Serve as the primary business owner for our procurement tech stack processes, specifically within SAP Ariba and Ironclad. You will drive system integration improvements, ensuring contract metadata flows seamlessly into purchasing execution. • Drive Spend Intelligence: Manage the Spend Cube operations. You will maintain data taxonomy and integrity, ensuring that our sourcing activities translate into clean, actionable data for category managers and finance leaders. • Lead Process Transformation: Analyze process performance metrics (cycle times, catalog adoption, touchless PRs) to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
