• Application Support and Incident Management • Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP PP, QM and PPDS modules in a global SAP support environment. • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to production execution, planning, capacity scheduling and quality processes. • Perform root cause analysis and propose long-term corrective actions. • Work closely with business users to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. • System Improvements and Enhancements • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Configure changes in SAP PP, QM and PPDS to support process improvements or new business needs. • Collaborate with ABAP developers on customizations, enhancements and reports. • Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and coordinate deployment activities. • End-User Support and Training • Provide guidance, training and documentation to end users on PP, QM and PPDS processes. • Assist business teams in improving process efficiency and system usage. • Support key users during monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities. • Integration and Cross-Module Collaboration • Work closely with MM, SD, WM/EWM, FI/CO and Basis teams to resolve integrated issues. • Ensure that PPDS integration with PP, MM, APO and other relevant modules runs smoothly. • Assist in monitoring CIF queues, master data synchronization and interface-related topics.

• Create a comprehensive archiving concept covering scope, architecture, operating model, governance, and lifecycle processes. • Facilitate workshops with business, legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders to define retention policies, deletion rules, legal hold processes, and access controls. • Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear technical and operational specifications. • Evaluate and recommend a suitable archiving server/platform (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid), including storage architecture, scalability, security, and total cost considerations. • Coordinate and/or implement the technical archiving setup, including: System configuration and integrations; Job scheduling and monitoring; Security configuration (access management, encryption, logging); Backup and restore strategy. • Plan and coordinate testing, cutover, and go-live activities. • Develop documentation, operational runbooks, and support handover materials. • Ensure ongoing compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR). • Provide expert guidance on best practices in information lifecycle management and data volume optimization.

• You primarily support S/4HANA transformation projects in the life science, chemicals, and food production industries with a focus on Quality Management (QM) processes. • You provide expert guidance through all project phases, including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, testing, and roll-out in the area of SAP QM. • You advise our customers on the implementation of quality management systems and migration projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • You develop and present comprehensive concepts for quality assurance, including integration with production and logistics processes, tailored to customer needs. • You analyze existing requirements, create detailed business blueprints, and ensure alignment with the client's quality assurance objectives. • As a senior managing consultant, you support bid teams in preparing proposals, responding to tenders, and developing accurate and reliable estimates for quality management solutions.
