• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing using modern web testing frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium. • Contribute to the technical design and architecture of the test automation framework, ensuring it is scalable, robust, and maintainable. • Design, create, and maintain comprehensive test suites, test plans, and test cases within Azure DevOps. • Execute manual and exploratory tests where automation is not feasible, ensuring high-quality coverage. • Actively participate in code reviews for test automation scripts, promoting best practices in testing and maintaining high standards of code quality. • Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate automation tests into the CI/CD processes for continuous quality assurance. • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and Engineering teams to refine technical requirements and ensure accurate feature specifications and testability. • Utilize Azure DevOps extensively to create, track, and report on test results, test cases, and test suites across the software development lifecycle. • Fully participate in Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely and predictable quality sign-off. • Analyze application performance, diagnose issues, and proactively report defects clearly and concisely. • Own the quality of assigned features, including performance, security, and adherence to functional requirements. • Work closely with Software Engineers to understand system architecture and troubleshoot complex technical issues in both pre-production and production environments. • Communicate testing strategies, progress, trade-offs, and quality risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Act as the quality assurance technical subject matter expert during planning and review sessions. • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Oversee the quality assurance and testing activities of the quality assurance team. • Lead efforts in project estimation and requirements analysis to establish realistic timelines and allocate resources effectively. • Facilitate discussions on new feature requirements, prioritize testing tasks, and manage the triage of reported defects. • Participate in regular leadership meetings and rituals as part of the Technology organization. • Review existing standards and policies to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and improving processes. • Establish quality assurance procedures to conduct testing and report QA findings. • Delegate and manage testing tasks within the quality assurance team. • Define and review test coverage, scope, limitations, and strategy for testing tasks. • Track and report on testing activities, including test progress, results, coverage, required resources, and reported defects. • Proven expertise in developing and implementing test automation strategies (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). • Experience with testing in CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) environments (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI). • Proficiency in different types of testing: Performance, Security, and API testing. • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Conduct screening and interviews for quality assurance candidates. • Mentor, lead, motivate, and provide guidance to quality assurance team members. • Cultivate a culture of learning and experimentation, encouraging the team to explore emerging technologies and incorporate them into testing practices. • Regularly provide review and feedback to employees and leadership on the performance of individuals within the quality assurance team. • Define, monitor, and report on key Quality Assurance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as defect escape rate, mean time to detect/resolve (MTTD/MTTR), and test coverage metrics. • Continuously explore and experiment with emerging technologies to understand their implications and potential benefits for the organization. • Lead initiatives to integrate innovative solutions into existing systems, driving competitive advantage and future-proofing operations. • Stay informed on industry trends to anticipate shifts and recommend strategic adaptations to technology investments. • Assess the impact of new technologies on operational processes and ensure seamless implementation with minimal disruption.

• Serve as the portfolio-level Quality Lead across multiple DHS cybersecurity task orders, providing enterprise oversight of quality, compliance, and performance governance. • Provide strategic leadership for Quality Management System (QMS) implementation, sustainment, and continual improvement across the portfolio. • Drive portfolio-level Risk Management integration in coordination with Program Managers and Task Order leadership. • Establish and institutionalize a structured Continual Improvement framework. • Lead internal audits, compliance reviews, and performance evaluations. • Conduct and oversee root cause analyses for performance or compliance gaps. • Oversee SLA/KPI performance analytics, leveraging data-driven insights. • Prepare and present portfolio quality and risk posture briefings to senior Leidos leadership and DHS stakeholders. • Mentor and provide leadership to junior QA personnel.
