Junior Inside Sales Consultant – Digital Products

• Active telephone acquisition of new and existing customers (B2B) across Austria and across industries, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) • Independent management of the entire sales cycle – from identifying prospects in the CRM system and conducting needs analysis to closing deals and expanding customer relationships • Daily outbound activities to achieve your monthly revenue targets • Efficient use and maintenance of our CRM system (SAP) for lead qualification, quote tracking and documentation of all sales opportunities • Close collaboration with Customer Service to ensure optimal customer support and to identify additional potential • Meeting your targets (KPIs) as part of a performance-oriented team
Job Requirements
- Initial professional experience in sales is an advantage — motivated career changers and sales talents are also welcome
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening to accurately identify customer needs and provide persuasive advice
- You are goal-oriented, independent and have a genuine sales drive — daily selling, target achievement and performance motivate you
