Finance Integration Lead
Everfield
• Collaborate closely with M&A, Operations and other central functions to develop detailed integration plans with a focus on Accounting, Billing and Financial Reporting • Lead and oversee the integration of finance systems, ensuring system compatibility and a smooth transition • Further develop and standardize integration policies, tools and playbooks to continuously professionalize our approach • Monitor integration progress and report on relevant workstreams and milestones • Build and optimize reporting processes to provide transparent and timely visibility into post-integration financial performance • Design and implement change-management measures to minimize operational friction and losses • Act as a sparring partner for management teams of acquired companies on all finance-related matters
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field; ideally with an additional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA, CIMA)
- At least 7 years of professional experience in finance, preferably in an international M&A/post-merger integration environment or similarly complex corporate setting
- Experience in company integrations, joint ventures or comparable transformation projects
- Preferably experience in fast-growing technology or SaaS companies
- Strong knowledge of Financial Operations and accounting under German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
- Experience with NetSuite ERP is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues appropriately for different audiences
- Structured, resilient working style in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel to our software companies in the DACH region and to Everfield locations
