• Instala, depura y proporciona mantenimiento técnico para el hardware y software de productos y componentes, principalmente en las instalaciones del cliente. • Proporciona inspecciones programadas, limpieza y otros servicios. • Realiza reparaciones menores de productos dentro de un territorio asignado. • Inspecciona los productos para verificar su correcto funcionamiento y resuelve los problemas detectados y/o los escala según el procedimiento establecido. • Programa los servicios, completa toda la documentación requerida y trabaja con los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción con la prestación del servicio y la comprensión del funcionamiento del producto.

Job Requirements

  • Se requiere educación o experiencia laboral equivalente.
  • Conocimientos de electronica, mecatrónica.
  • Mínimo de 1-2 años de experiencia relevante o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia en Servicios de Campo.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
