• Travel to customer site to perform equipment commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), on-site preventative maintenance, on-site equipment troubleshooting and repair, and training for domestic and international customers. • Provide feedback to engineering, project management, and manufacturing on lessons learned. • Maintain detailed field service trip reports. • Work with engineering for drawing and software updates based on field service work performed or future trips. • Coordinate with customers on the procurement of spare parts and field upgrades. • Provide after-market technical and sales support.

• Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards. • Install and configure a range of medical equipment, focusing on one modality. • Conduct testing and calibration to ensure optimal performance. • Train healthcare staff on operation and basic troubleshooting. • Perform preventive maintenance and corrective operations of moderate complexity. • Capture and maintain accurate work documentation, including debriefing, parts ordering, and KPI metrics. • Apply and coach to ensure EHS and compliance standards are met. • Leverage customer knowledge to assist with contract and on-demand revenue growth. • Escalate complex problems to experienced peers. • Lead communications with customers and serve as escalation point for concerns, including installations. • Remote fixing and equipment diagnostics.

• Evaluate and troubleshoot imaging equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs. • Complete Preventative Maintenance on designated equipment. • Perform safety and environmental inspections ensuring compliance to Health and Human Services and Environmental Health and Safety guidelines. • Complete service and repair documentation following hospital protocol and GEHC policies & procedures. • Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction. • Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes and procedures regarding safe and effective use of medical equipment. • Mentor with and assist more experienced technicians on progressive repairs and resolution.

• Work within hospital radiology environment to evaluate and troubleshoot imaging equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs. • Complete Preventative Maintenance on designated equipment. • Perform safety and environmental inspections ensuring compliance to Health and Human Services and Environmental Health and Safety guidelines. • Complete necessary service and repair documentation following hospital protocol and GEHC policies & procedures. • Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction. • Learn and ensure proper care of tools and test equipment and ensure calibration. • Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes and procedures regarding safe and effective use of medical equipment. • Mentor with and assist more experienced technicians on progressive repairs and resolution, and will work as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within his/her assigned area.
