• Lead the architecture and delivery of secure, scalable microservices in a multi-cloud, containerized environment • Design and implement solutions using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kafka, and other cloud-native tools • Champion Domain-Driven Design (DDD), clean architecture, and event-driven paradigms • Guide engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and architecture governance • Mentor team members and maintain a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and collaborative delivery • Define and uphold engineering best practices, including documentation, testing, observability, and CI/CD integration • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Security teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions • Drive infrastructure automation and deployment consistency using Kubernetes and Git-based workflows • Engage in performance tuning, debugging, and incident resolution across the full stack • Contribute to platform-wide decisions around data modeling, APIs, and long-term architectural evolution.

• Build and ship full-stack product features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node • Design and implement APIs that power campaign creation, personalization, and delivery tracking • Work on systems that generate, render, and queue physical mail dynamically • Build internal tooling and dashboards for campaign analytics and operations • Integrate with CRMs, data providers, and outbound tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) • Optimize performance and reliability across the stack • Collaborate closely with design and GTM to ship fast iterations • Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly and concisely

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications, working on both frontend and backend; • Integrate APIs and machine learning/AI models into applications; • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other technical teams; • Participate in the design and architecture of AI-based solutions; • Ensure best practices in coding, version control, testing, and documentation; • Explore and apply solutions based on generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or intelligent automation, depending on the project.
