Technical Support Engineer – Trainee

Enroute

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in web development or technical support roles (Junior level).
  • Solid knowledge of **JavaScript, HTML, and CSS**.
  • Basic understanding of **Web Development principles** and front-end architecture.
  • Experience analyzing technical issues in web-based environments.
  • Ability to read logs and understand system behavior to identify potential root causes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and issue reporting.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in **AdTech** is a plus.
