• As a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) in the DevEx team, your goal is to make the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) as intuitive and efficient as possible for our developers. • You are the enabler who eliminates friction in software delivery. • You develop features for our IDP that enable teams to deliver applications to the cloud quickly and independently. • You design and implement self-service capabilities within our Internal Developer Platform and build high-performance CI/CD pipelines in GitLab. • You also establish modern deployment workflows using ArgoCD. • You support teams in taking full ownership of their services — from the initial code commit to stable operation in the cluster. • As a mentor, you actively coach development teams and share best practices in cloud-native development and deployment strategies. • You automate application delivery with Helm. • You act as a service-oriented bridge between development and operations and continuously improve the tools across the developer journey.
