• Owning and operating the Harness Platform by designing, implementing, and maintaining Harness pipelines • Operating CI pipelines and shared build infrastructure • Creating reusable pipeline templates, governance controls, and “paved roads” for application teams • Strengthening Reliability, Security, and Compliance by embedding automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Building and integrating Observability and Performance Tooling into deployment verification

• As a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) in the DevEx team, your goal is to make the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) as intuitive and efficient as possible for our developers. • You are the enabler who eliminates friction in software delivery. • You develop features for our IDP that enable teams to deliver applications to the cloud quickly and independently. • You design and implement self-service capabilities within our Internal Developer Platform and build high-performance CI/CD pipelines in GitLab. • You also establish modern deployment workflows using ArgoCD. • You support teams in taking full ownership of their services — from the initial code commit to stable operation in the cluster. • As a mentor, you actively coach development teams and share best practices in cloud-native development and deployment strategies. • You automate application delivery with Helm. • You act as a service-oriented bridge between development and operations and continuously improve the tools across the developer journey.
