Tech Lead – Backend
Playson
• Leading technical decisions and influencing our SaaS solutions. • Developing and maintaining backend applications for our gaming platforms. • Optimizing existing systems for performance and scalability. • Collaborating with a distributed team to create new features. • Conducting code and architectural reviews. • Solving complex business problems with innovative solutions. • Participating in on-call rotations within the squad to ensure the reliability and availability of our systems.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in any OOP language is a plus Java, Python, C++, C#, or Go ( you will be working with Node.js / Typescript)
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming techniques.
- Experience with distributed systems and messaging systems (Apache Kafka, gRPC).
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), columnar databases (ClickHouse), and NoSQL technologies (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining end-to-end and unit tests.
- Proven track record of developing production-ready solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
