• Serve as the primary project lead on behalf of the project owner, coordinating with all stakeholders to drive successful delivery • Manage and supervise the construction phase, ensuring the project meets company goals and adheres to all contractual requirements • Coordinate and direct all internal and external interfaces, including partners, contractors, global equipment manufacturers, service providers, the owner’s engineer, legal counsel, development teams, local and national authorities, financial institutions, and other key contributors • Monitor and manage the project schedule, budget, and cashflow, while identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency • Review critical milestones, assess risks and contractual liabilities, and develop mitigation strategies alongside proactive, forward‑looking solutions
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in construction project management
- Prior experience in the renewable energy sector - battery storage (BESS) and ideally wind
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, mechanical engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent in both German and English
- Background working in an Owner/Developer capacity is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong self‑management and organisation and detail skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple interfaces
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting demanding deadlines
- Adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities, conditions, and project requirements
- Demonstrates strong self‑learning capabilities
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a strategic, proactive mindset
- Technically minded with the ability to maintain a broad, holistic project perspective and the capability to oversee complex engineering and construction activities.

Project Manager – Incident Response

• Coordinate incident response projects across concurrent technical workstreams keeping everything and everyone aligned • Serve as the connection between clients, technical teams, legal counsel, and internal MOXFIVE stakeholders • Own project documentation: trackers, status reports, milestone logs, deliverable schedules, call cadence • Generate Statements of Work, change orders, and level of efforts with clear scope and pricing • Compile and distribute timely status updates that tell the story of where an engagement stands • Monitor project budgets, track time and expenses, and flag potential scope creep before they become a problem • Coordinate scheduling for client meetings, technical activities, and stakeholder briefings across a portfolio of active engagements • Identify and surface project risks early, working with stakeholders to keep things on course • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (roughly once every six weeks) to support active incident response operations • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of MOXFIVE's project management processes and systems
