• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones (U.S. & LATAM) • Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, and follow-up action items • Draft and respond to high-level business communications in English • Screen, prioritize, and manage executive inboxes • Prepare executive briefings and presentation materials • Track key projects, KPIs, and leadership initiatives • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements • Support board meetings and executive reporting • Maintain structured documentation and digital filing systems • Act as a professional liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders • Ensure professional, culturally appropriate communication always • Manage expense reports and budget tracking • Assist with event planning and virtual executive sessions • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives
- English proficiency: C1 level or higher (required)
- Strong written business English
- Ability to lead calls and communicate confidently with U.S. stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- High discretion and professional judgment
- Ability to work U.S. business hours

Il devra également être en mesure de renseigner les requérants par voie téléphonique et d’orienter, le cas échéant, vers d’autres services. L’agent peut également être amené à assurer des missions connexes et notamment être en renfort ponctuel sur d’autres pôles en cas de besoin.
