• Gestionar relaciones estratégicas con clientes clave en el territorio asignado, fomentando su crecimiento y satisfacción. • Realizar seguimiento comercial y mantener una comunicación activa con los clientes para lanzamientos, eventos y oportunidades. • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas establecidos y buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. • Asesorar a los clientes brindando soluciones alineadas a sus necesidades. • Ampliar la cartera de productos y servicios ofrecidos. • Guiar a los clientes en el uso de los productos, garantizando una excelente experiencia. • Mantener relaciones colaborativas con equipos internos y externos. • Elaborar y analizar reportes de gestión e indicadores clave. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de metas comerciales basadas en el forecast de ventas.

Job Requirements

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia comprobable en ventas y gestión comercial en el sector tecnológico.
  • Al menos 2 a 3 años comercializando productos de Cloud, Software y Servicios IT.
  • Experiencia en manejo de cartera de clientes, fidelización y desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
  • Habilidad para gestionar proyectos con clientes B2B y corporativos.
  • Nivel intermedio/avanzado de Excel para análisis de datos y elaboración de reportes.
  • Capacidad para hacer networking en el sector público y privado.
  • Certificaciones en Azure, AWS, Google Cloud u Oracle (deseables).
