Forward Deployed Engineer
JetBridge AI
• Partner with sales and GTM teams during enterprise technical discussions • Run live demos and build custom proof-of-concepts • Architect agent-user interaction patterns for real production systems • Hold weekly working sessions debugging customer code • Provide production-readiness guidance and design reviews • Capture customer feedback and advocate internally with engineering • Create technical walkthroughs and demo assets that convert
Job Requirements
- Strong foundation in TypeScript (React) or Python
- Experience building AI agents or working with agent frameworks
- Comfort operating in AI-native workflows using tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives
- Prior experience in Solutions Engineering, DevRel, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing engineering
- Strong systems thinking and ability to evaluate architecture tradeoffs
- High energy, curiosity, and ownership mindset
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar (Nice to Have)
- Experience creating technical content (blogs, demos, walkthroughs) (Nice to Have)
- Active involvement in developer communities (Nice to Have)
- Willingness to travel for key enterprise clients (Nice to Have)
