Group Financial Controller

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual group close and consolidation processes across all entities. • Deliver accurate management accounts, as well as board and investor reporting. • Ensure IFRS and local GAAP compliance across multiple jurisdictions. • Define, document, and enforce group accounting policies and internal controls. • Lead, optimize, and scale the NetSuite ERP across the group (NetSuite experience is mandatory). • Drive automation and AI adoption in accounting operations, including reconciliations, anomaly detection, journal automation, and close acceleration. • Manage audits, statutory filings, intercompany accounting, and transfer pricing processes. • Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, scaling efforts, and financial governance. • Build robust, scalable accounting infrastructure suited to a high-growth, deep-tech organization.
Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in accounting, financial control, or similar senior finance roles.
- Strong experience operating in multi-entity, international environments.
- Background in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or deep-tech companies.
- Expert-level NetSuite experience (+++).
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in accounting workflows (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP, with solid consolidation expertise.
- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to build finance infrastructure and processes from the ground up.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high ownership.
