Controller, Senior Accountant
Infinity Constellation
• Manage month-end close (target: 5-day business day close) • Oversee multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions • Manage outsourced bookkeeping & tax vendors, or internalize for increased efficiency • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll, AP, and AR across Business Units and Infinity Constellation • Partner with Head of Finance on cash forecasting • Manage treasury processes (SVB, Meow, Wise, Ramp) • Monitor capital movements across entities • Oversee audit processes and compliance frameworks • Ensure GAAP compliance • Partner with tax and audit vendors • Implement scalable internal controls • Own Infinity’s relationships with tax and external accounting vendors • Optimize current QuickBooks environment • Help define long-term accounting system roadmap • Improve reporting automation and accuracy
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- CPA strongly preferred
- Experience in SaaS, services, or multi-entity environments
- Experience managing and reconciling intercompany transactions
- Familiarity with venture-backed environments
- Strong process design mindset
