• Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions • Lead project teams to improve processes using Dynamics 365 • Engage with business to assess high level business needs • Prepare Functional Requirements Documentation • Facilitate rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Acceptance Into Service (AIS) testing
Job Requirements
- MB-280 certification preferred
- PL-600 certification beneficial but not required
- 5 years implementing, supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Marketing
- First class communication skills in English
- Ability to create detailed proposals, design documents, test scripts and facilitate meetings

• Secure air, car and hotel accommodations for contracted government agencies • Ensure that all aspects of booked travel (domestic and international) adhere to all government travel regulations • Validate that a high quality of accommodation and transportation is secured • Maintain all queues throughout the day • Initiate cancellation or reservation change processes to their completion • Provide updates to client agencies regarding their travel status • Conduct routine research on travel industry changes • Maintain a professional customer service attitude at all times
• Own the configuration and implementation of Paylocity modules (Payroll, T&L, Benefits, HR, etc.) • Support system audits, data validation, and cleanup projects • Guide clients through best practices for compliance, workflows, and automation • Build out complex system setups like GL mappings, benefit admin rules, and onboarding flows • Participate in client calls and vendor coordination as the system expert • Translate business needs into effective system configurations • Occasionally train clients or provide handoff materials post-launch
