• Perform all tasks associated with jury related litigation consulting including mock trials/focus group moderation, online jury research, community attitude surveys, witness prep, voir dire, and demographic profiling • Work collaboratively with research team and clients • Take ownership of projects from intake to delivery • Make strategic recommendations to clients based on research • Conduct juror social media/public records research and trial monitoring

• Support the preparation and presentation of evidence during jury research, mock trials, and focus groups. • Combine technical expertise, presentation skills, and collaboration with research teams for execution of research sessions. • Configure and operate presentation technology during jury research projects. • Manage focus group AV logistics and participant setup. • Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution. • Assess focus group spaces and recommend optimal setups. • Build and manage OnCue databases for research projects. • Capture, edit, and prepare videos for presentation using various software.
