Executive Orchestrator to CEO – Execution, Marketing Ops

• Run the CEO’s operating rhythm: calendar, priorities, weekly planning, daily check-ins, and task triage • Capture CEO “brain dumps” and translate them into clear deliverables with owners, deadlines, and next actions • Build lightweight systems that keep work moving: templates, recurring checklists, meeting notes → tasks, escalation paths • Own marketing ops execution where needed: CRM hygiene, tagging, lead routing, email sequences, and follow-up automation • Coordinate campaign and content rollouts across the portfolio (including Spray Foam podcast + CoveCasa campaigns) • Enforce accountability with operators and partners; surface blockers and drive closure without CEO micromanagement • Produce a weekly portfolio scorecard (marketing + sales KPIs + project milestones + risks

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting a founder/CEO in an EA, Chief of Staff, or Execution Partner capacity
  • Proven ability to “run the machine” day-to-day: planning cadence, task systems, and consistent follow-through
  • Hands-on experience with marketing ops execution (CRM workflows, email sequences, funnels, basic copy support)
  • Strong project management skills (ClickUp/Asana) with a track record of shipping outcomes in fast-paced environments
  • Daily AI user who improves speed/quality (SOP drafting, campaign drafts, meeting notes → tasks, automation planning)
  • Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana/ClickUp or similar) and ideally experience working with US or UK-based companies—applications without this will not be considered.
