Operations Intern

- Support day-to-day operations across hiring, onboarding, scheduling, compliance and internal coordination. - Help document and improve internal processes as we scale. - Assist with vendor management, contracts, and administrative tasks. - Track and organize data across tools (spreadsheets, Notion, CRMs) to support decision-making. - Coordinate cross-team projects and follow up on action items. - Jump in wherever needed—startups move fast and no two days look the same.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Legal & Compliance or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion etc.).
- Clear communicator—written and verbal.
- Proactive, resourceful, and happy to figure things out independently.
- Nice to have:**
- Previous internship or experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Interest in tech, AI, or SaaS businesses.

- Compensation:**
- Compensation varies based on profile and experience, but a general cash range for the 3-month internship (fixed comp + performance variable) is $5,000-$10,000, plus a competitive equity package in case you are confirmed.
