Payments Manager
SKELAR
• Оптимізація прохідності платежів: Аналітика та пошук точок росту для покращення технічної оптимізація платежів; • Робота з ризиками та податками: Аналітика та покращення ключових ризик метрик бізнесу VAMP rate (VISA), Fraud rate (Mastercard) Dispute rate & Claim rate (PayPal); • Ефективне масштабування платіжної інфраструктури: Підтримка та розвиток відносин із поточними банками-партнерами;
Job Requirements
- 2+ роки досвіду у сферах: Payments, Billing, аналітика, аудит (Big4), корпоративні фінанси або інвестиційний менеджмент;
- Analytical Mindset та володіння Excel/Google Sheets (побудова складних моделей, робота з великими масивами даних). Досвід з SQL, Tableau або Power BI буде перевагою;
- Розуміння процесів платіжного процесингу (MIDs, PSP, chargebacks, routing та логіка каскадування платежів);
- Досвід управління бізнес-процесами, вміння знаходити точки росту, ініціювати зміни та впроваджувати ROI-positive ініціативи;
- Високий рівень овнершипу (вміння брати відповідальність) та бажання безпосередньо впливати на комерційний результат бізнесу;
- Уміння аргументовано відстоювати свою думку та самостійно приймати рішення.
- Любить цифри, структуру і системність;

• Manage and execute valuation engagements involving business enterprises, intangible assets and equity items (i.e. shares of common stock). • Support Associate Directors and Director with end-to-end engagement oversight, including project scoping, planning, execution, review, and delivery of client-ready reports along with Project Manager. • Apply appropriate valuation methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), intangible asset models, option-pricing models, market-based approaches, transaction-based analyses, and other relevant techniques. • Prepare valuations for a variety of purposes including business combinations, goodwill and asset impairment testing, tax valuation, bankruptcy/restructuring, and strategic planning. • Drive the development of valuation models, analyses, and narrative reports; ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to firm quality standards. • Identify and resolve engagement issues and risks, escalating matters as appropriate to project leaders. • Collaborate with MDs and Directors on engagement strategy, timelines, and client relationship management. • Provide day-to-day oversight to Valuation Senior Associates, supporting their technical and professional development. • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment aligned with Riveron’s client-first and entrepreneurial culture. • Assist with engagement staffing, workload management, and coaching across multiple concurrent projects.
