Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Two or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and qualifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
- Passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient care through talent acquisition
- Available to work US hours Remotely (9-5 EST)
