• Assist in all site construction activity and installations, in coordination with QTS Development Team, external construction resources, to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards • Conduct thorough commissioning activities, ensuring that all systems are installed, tested, and validated according to industry standards and client specifications • Monitor any issues during the commissioning process, working closely with the project team to resolve technical challenges • Utilize findings and provide feedback to program management team to drive continuous improvement • Create and/or review detailed commissioning documentation, including test procedures, reports, and as-built documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Witness testing of all equipment during commissioning and validate sequence of operations and receipt of all operational documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, project managers, contractors, commissioning agents, and facilities operations to ensure seamless integration of systems during the commissioning phase without impact to operational portions of the campus or building • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are met during the build and commissioning process, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Mentor more junior Commissioning Engineers to assist in developing the team • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the junior members of the Commissioning Team

• Monitor network performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, reliability, security and cost-effectiveness in alignment with the organization requirements and goals • Maintain network standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Disaster Recovery (DR) documentation, network diagrams, device, and license inventory. • Administration of routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, and system monitoring tools. • Maintain network policies and have knowledge of current security best practices and tools for a highly secure and available production environment. • Validates overall network health, performance, availability, security, redundancy, and business continuity. • Develop solutions to automate and improve network reliability and efficiency • Serve as a technical expert, driving change to adopt new standards, maintaining reliability and improving performance metrics • Provides Tier 3 support for the Enterprise network: including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, monitoring, and reporting applications • Participate in change management process including development of change management plan for production upgrades.

• Reports to the SEAP Cyber team manager • Support the SEAP Program (SUSTAINMENT TO EXISTING APPLICATIONS PORTFOLIO). • Perform web application scanning & application security assessments. • Perform manual application testing to identify vulnerabilities or deviations from software standards. • Provide timely and detailed reports, with proofs of findings and analysis of risk. • Assist with integration of static & dynamic web application assessments into secure SLDC lifecycles • Use SharePoint and other collaboration tools to collect, monitor, and manipulate C&A documentation through the collection, review, approval, and final distribution processes. • Supports the SEAP Program and related teams in areas of Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD IT, DoD/Army Regulations, Incident Response, Software Assurance, and related Cyber disciplines. • Work closely with representatives from other divisions and branches (IT, Networking, etc.) to request information, provide clarification, and validate findings, evidence, and POA&M statements. • Maintain and meet deliverable schedules. • Manage and enhance application security tools (Static Code Analysis, Open Source vulnerabilities tools, Dynamic Application Security tools, etc), integrations, and develop in-house application security automation tools • Validate discovered vulnerabilities using code review skills and manual/semi-automatic tooling like Burp. • Validate external penetration test results and work with internal and external stakeholders. • Perform some security penetration tests (both application and infrastructure for Web and mobile applications) • Work with the engineering and security teams to provide actionable reporting, find and explain security issues, suggest mitigations, and determine when issues are mitigated. • Stay up to date on the latest testing tools and techniques ensuring both your and the team is using the most effective and efficient methods. • Produce both high level and detailed reports and metrics to support data-based decisions. • Assist in creating and updating Application Security procedures, policy, standards and guidelines • Train, coach and mentor other members of the team, development and the broader LivePerson Security and Engineering teams.
