• Design, build, and iterate on end-to-end web products that are robust and delight our users. • Own the full development lifecycle, from brainstorming to deployment, ensuring platform scalability and reliability. • Contribute across the stack, whether developing backend services (typed Python), frontend interfaces (React/Typescript), evolving our Postgres database layer, or shaping AWS infrastructure with Pulumi. • Innovate on our AI systems—custom chunking algorithms, vector databases, and private LLMs—to deliver accurate, auditable assessments. • Foster a constructive environment for code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

• Own execution and delivery of client-facing technical solutions, integrations, and data workflows • Gather requirements, iterate on deliverables, and drive projects through completion • Design and build data pipelines, integrations, and targeted applications • Collaborate with platform and product engineers on architecture and reusable capabilities • Rapidly prototype and deliver proof-of-concepts • Contribute feedback and real-world use cases to product teams • Operate across environments: Arcesium’s platform, client environments, or laptops

• Ship deployed, user-facing MVPs fast - comfortable with "disposable code" to test market value • Build connectors and integrations for messy external data sources (Fitbit, Whoop, EHRs, public bio-databases) • Translate complex, non-deterministic AI outputs into clean, actionable UI/UX • Prototype new use cases and validate them with real users • Free up the core team to focus on the "Brain" while you own the "App"
