Knowledge Analyst I, Bags & Leather Goods
Entrupy
• Support the maintenance and expansion of Entrupy’s knowledge systems by organizing product information, tagging visual datasets, and updating reference materials. • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation that supports authentication workflows, including product guides and reference materials. • Conduct research on luxury brands, collections, materials, and construction techniques to support accurate authentication. • Monitor fashion trends, new product releases, and market changes to help keep knowledge assets current. • Contribute to training and onboarding materials used by the authentication team. • Perform quality checks on existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. • Collaborate with senior Knowledge Analysts and cross-functional partners, learning how knowledge supports product and engineering workflows. • Gradually take ownership of defined tasks and smaller projects as skills and confidence grow
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in fashion, luxury retail, authentication, research, merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, handbags, and craftsmanship, with a desire to build authentication expertise.
- Formal authentication experience is a strong plus, but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and a natural curiosity about how products are made and identified.
- Clear written communication skills and the ability to organize information thoughtfully.
- Comfort working with images, structured documents, and basic data tools (such as spreadsheets).
- Openness to feedback, a growth mindset, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Passion for learning, quality, and upholding standards of authenticity in the fashion industry
