• Act as the in-house expert on SAP S/4 HANA functionality, focusing on FI/CO, TR, and MM modules. • Guide the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants. • Advise finance teams (AP, AR, GL, Tax, Treasury) on SAP best practices to enhance efficiency. • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance processes using SAP functionalities. • Align SAP functionality with business requirements by working closely with Finance, IT, and stakeholders. • Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting SAP S/4 HANA issues and ensuring resolution. • Assist with change management, helping finance teams transition from legacy systems to SAP. • Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP workflows, processes, and troubleshooting guides. • Stay updated on new SAP enhancements and propose system improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in SAP implementation projects.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in FI, CO, TR, and MM modules.
- Advanced/Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on long-term process improvements.
- Strong multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive organizational change.
- Nice to have: Experience in Fintech or Payment Industry environments.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Agile methodologies for finance transformation projects.
- Nice to have: Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA Finance.

• Act as the primary finance partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, bringing insight, structure, and accountability to acquisition performance • Own and evolve the financial model connecting GTM investments across marketing & sales to revenue outcomes, including understanding of our acquisition funnel, rep productivity and unit economics. • Lead GTM planning processes — aligning expectations across leadership, surfacing trade-offs, challenging investment allocation and identifying areas of improvement. • Develop rolling monthly forecasts in conjunction with GTM leaders to maintain a live pulse on acquisition trends • Iterate on compensation structures and incentive plans in partnership with Sales Ops, People, and GTM leaders • Identify and implement AI and automation-based solutions to streamline reporting, enhance modeling accuracy, and reduce manual processes • Deliver actionable reporting and performance insights that guide strategic pivots and long-term planning

Following the standard lead management process, qualifying, maturing, and then closing these deals for the investors, willing to buy real estate assets on the KSA market. • Seek key partnerships with the investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other lead sources to get a steady stream of potential buyers. • Consistently look for events in their base countries where investors come to seek investment opportunities. In coordination with the Headquarters in KSA, conduct roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences. • Become an advisor for an end-to-end real estate investment for the clients in the base country. Managing a seamless experience of investing in KSA, as well as consulting for the exit strategy if needed by the client. • Being the resident representative of Bayut, the incumbent will be responsible for working on special projects assigned by the line. These projects may include, but are not limited to, areas regarding commercial, regulatory, and financial.
