• Take full ownership of an exciting new, unannounced project. • Build native apps for iOS and Android using React Native. • Build for desktop using frameworks like Tauri or Electron. • Ensure performance, animations, and offline states are optimized. • Dive into native code when necessary and resolve build system issues. • Support teammates and encourage knowledge sharing.

• Review and test __app submissions__ for the Umbrel App Store • Identify bugs and issues in apps • Automate testing processes for umbrelOS apps • Work closely with the engineering team to track down umbrelOS-related bugs

• Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business • Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions • Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements • Drive solutions to reduce recovery • Design complex system upgrades • Resolve troublesome trends as they develop • Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring • Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

• Design processes around kickbacks / reworks and other exceptions and manual material flow • Own process flow for any manual manufacturing operations • Maintain simple, clear documentation to enable rapid training of operators • Run continuous improvement projects to improve key metrics • Ensure lines are balanced and manufacturing cells and process are capable of hitting targets
