• Work with the existing QA and development team members to deliver a comprehensive load and test strategy • Design, maintain, and execute load, stress, and endurance tests • Identify performance bottlenecks and work with engineering to remediate performance issues • Integrate load and test automation into the CI/CD pipeline and increase the organization's speed to market • Make recommendations on how our current load and testing processes can be improved • Ensure that load testing and test plans are consistent with test activities across a diverse and distribute set of development teams • Test and validate software to ensure that it satisfies requirements and is free from defects • Analyze the root cause for testing failures and open appropriate tickets with sufficient findings • Manually test application components where automation is not a good fit • Mentor team members in testing strategies and automation design patterns

• Support a large-scale government agency initiative to modernize complex data systems. • Ensure functional equivalence, data integrity, and automated regression validation during migration. • Work as part of an Agile Scrum Team; collaborate across workstreams to validate end-to-end. • Design and execute parallel validation frameworks comparing legacy to AWS outputs. • Develop automated regression test suites using Python, Selenium, and additional automation frameworks. • Validate business logic, data transformation, and end-to-end workflow outputs. • Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Partner closely with developers for test-driven development and continuous validation. • Design and implement automated testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines. • Validate AWS Cloud Native workloads and enable push-button regression validation. • Maintain requirements-to-test-case traceability and produce automated test artifacts.

• Testing (black box, white box, integration, and performance) of the Web and Android / iOS platforms • Create automated Web / Mobile / API test cases • Track and analyse automated tests to improve test efficiency • Track and record product issues and analyse the problems through various tools, giving feedback to relevant personnel to make corrections • Share test-related information with other team members • Develop automated tests and test frameworks • Improve our Continuous Integration pipeline • Identify and execute on opportunities to improve or establish quality processes • Help automate all aspects of the software engineering process • Write test plans / test cases and output test reports according to feature requirements • Simulate user needs and actual usage scenarios from a user perspective • Review designs and code done by others and provide constructive feedback • Continuously develop your own skills • Mentor less experienced members of the team

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for: - Web using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript) - React Native Android & iOS apps using Appium with WebdriverIO [TS/JS] • Develop robust automated test suites for regression, smoke, and end-to-end validation. • Execute tests across virtual and real devices using BrowserStack and AWS Device Farm. • Diagnose and resolve automation failures, flaky tests, and environment issues. • Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to define testability requirements. • Participate in requirement reviews, feature grooming, and design discussions. • Maintain automation documentation, best practices, and coding standards. • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and ensure transparency on automation progress and risks.
