• Manage and maintain enterprise corporate systems and AVD. • Perform infrastructure maintenance, including patching, capacity planning, configuration management, and troubleshooting complex issues. • Build strong internal partnerships with the user community – Continuous Service Improvement (CSO) approach to process improvement. • Participate in endpoint modernization efforts, collaborating closely with solution architects to shape and implement the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user experience enhancements. • Build and maintain systems in such a way that exceeds regulatory requirements. • Participate in compliance audits and address any issues proactively. • Integrate security best practices in infrastructure design and implementation, ensuring a robust security posture across all systems. • Communicate consistently with internal business partners to define and refine requirements. • Play a key role in working with project team members to develop requirements, scope documents and project estimates. • Guide junior team members in project related tasks.

• Lead the end-to-end solution design process and implementation of AEP and CJA using Adobe Data Collection (Tags), Experience Data Model (XDM), and source connectors for both Web and mobile applications. • Conduct audits and assessments of existing Adobe Data Collection (Tags), AEP and CJA implementations, providing best practice recommendations. • Collaborate with Data Architects to integrate other data sets within AEP and CJA. • Simplify complex technical concepts and educate team members and clients in a clear, approachable way. • Create AEP Schemas and datasets • Setup and configure Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) connections, data views, components, derived fields and Workspaces. • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior engineers in best practices around requirements gathering, solution design, AEP XDM schema design and Adobe Web/Mobile SDK implementation. • Stay current on the latest Adobe Experience Platform features and data engineering trends to inform client strategies.

• Set and execute the technical vision for Privacy Engineering • Lead the global privacy engineering direction and roadmap execution • Design and influence privacy preserving controls • Partner with cross-functional teams to build privacy by design practices • Build and maintain high Operational Excellence privacy services • Influence secure adoption of LLMs and AI tools from a privacy perspective

• Act as a hands-on technical consultant, owning customer engagements end to end, from kickoff through delivery and handover • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from engineers and platform teams to Product Managers, Engineering Leadership, and CTOs • Deliver Cortex Onboarding & Implementation packages (multiple predefined tiers), including a series of pre-defined enablement workshops, as well as custom engagements • Own Professional Services engagements from kickoff through delivery and handover; serve as the main technical point of contact during implementation to troubleshoot issues, investigate bugs, and raise product feedback through Zendesk and direct customer interactions • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer tooling, workflows, and engineering operating models • Act as a trusted, consultative advisor, helping customers make informed design and implementation decisions • Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations across the engineering toolchain (e.g. reporting, workflows, CI/CD, SCM, cloud providers, observability, incident management, security tools, catalogs, custom APIs)
