Job Description

ERP Technical Product Lead – Oracle Cloud

AspenView Technology Partners

• Own the Architecture: Drive the end-to-end technical execution and architecture of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP ecosystem, making critical design decisions and guiding development teams. • Lead Technical Delivery: Manage the technical implementation of ERP projects from inception to deployment, translating complex business and financial requirements into actionable technical project phases. • Architect Complex Integrations: Design, build, and manage fault-tolerant, high-volume integrations between various Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and the core Oracle ecosystem using modern middleware and APIs (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC). • Pioneer AI & Automation: Lead the implementation of 'Agentic AI' and advanced automation workflows to streamline back-office corporate finance operations, reducing manual reconciliation and improving anomaly detection. • Bridge Finance & Engineering: Act as the primary technical liaison for US-based finance stakeholders, collaborating closely with accounting and engineering teams to balance strict financial mandates (like SOX compliance) with rapid technical innovation.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical consulting
  • Deep, hands-on technical experience configuring and architecting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (specifically Financials)
  • Strong background in designing scalable APIs, microservices, and utilizing enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Oracle SOA, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Kafka)
  • Proven track record of technically leading large-scale system implementations, cloud migrations, or complex enterprise integrations
  • Solid technical understanding of corporate finance processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), month-end close, and SOX compliance rules
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical architectures to non-technical financial executives
