• Lead the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical IBM i applications • Support our clients in resolving application issues, identify business needs, and deliver solutions throughout the full project lifecycle • Analyze, design, code, and test software applications using all versions of RPG and SQL • Ensure program and application integrity across different testing phases (unit, integration, smoke testing, etc.) • Translate system architecture into clear documentation, both textual and visual, for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Able to lead a small technical team when required • Assist our clients in transforming legacy business applications into modern, scalable ILE applications

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting and explanations of changes to the borrowing base or asset sale base with warehouse lines/purchasers. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly estimation, analysis, and reconciliation of funds flow/funds matching / draws from various bank accounts. Work closely with the Head of Finance to move funds appropriately. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly applications and reconciliation of the payment waterfalls to multiple investors and stakeholders. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting and follow-ups on covenants built into Flow purchase/warehouse line agreements • Troubleshooting data discrepancies internally or in conjunction with external counterparts. • Be the steward for data reporting quality and reliability on all aspects of engagement with fixed-income capital market stakeholders • Support accounting footprint on capital market activities. • Work with engineers to develop automated reports specific to the capital market’s function.

• Build target dossiers and investigative files from minimal data points. • Fuse OSINT/SIGINT with private investigative methods (records, skip tracing, surveillance, interviews). • Deliver concise, actionable briefs to EP and GSOC operators. • Conduct lawful surveillance, records pulls, and evidence handling with chain-of-custody. • Flag emerging threats to safety, security, or reputation.

• Design, maintain, and standardize architectures in multi‑cloud environments (AWS, OVH, Contabo) and virtualized environments using Proxmox. • Organize and evolve the existing infrastructure in a hybrid environment. • Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, focusing on automation, versioning, rollback, and security. • Manage containerized applications with Docker (backend and frontend). • Apply infrastructure security best practices, including access control, secrets management, hardening, and edge protection. • Raise the security level without negatively impacting developer productivity. • Improve observability, traceability, and incident response. • Create and maintain clear processes and technical documentation in a growing environment.
