• Develop backend services and APIs with Go • Build scalable, reliable, and performant server-side applications • Integrate backend services with frontend applications in React.js • Work with AWS and deploy backend services in cloud environments • Utilize CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins • Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or Pulumi • Monitor and observe applications using tools like DataDog • Manage database technologies including PostgreSQL and MongoDB • Collaborate effectively with global teams

• As a Mid / Senior Frontend Engineer at Sensor Tower, you will make sure we're building the best possible products and features to support our users. In our lean and flat organization, you will also have a meaningful say in what and how we build out all aspects of our product.

• Partner closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to build high-quality user experiences for workers and businesses • Lead frontend initiatives from early design through implementation, launch, and iteration • Build and maintain complex user-facing features in React and React Native, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability • Help shape frontend architecture, patterns, and best practices as the product and team scale • Support and mentor teammates, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture

• Own and evolve frontend systems that span multiple product areas, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability • Partner with engineering leadership, product, and design to shape frontend technical strategy and long-term direction • Lead high-impact initiatives such as architectural evolution, performance improvements, or major UX foundations • Establish and uphold frontend standards around component design, state management, accessibility, and testing • Act as a force multiplier for the team: guiding technical decisions, reviewing designs, and mentoring engineers • Help define how frontend engineering is practiced as the company grows
