• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and a clear understanding of client needs. • Planning and Strategy: Contribute to the creation of strategies and align expectations to achieve objectives. • Feedback Collection: Capture client opinions about services, suggest improvements, and reinforce quality. • Retention and Loyalty: Focus on customer retention by proposing solutions that increase satisfaction and reduce churn. • Internal Team Coordination: Ensure briefings are understood and deadlines are met by teams. • Communication and Reporting: Keep the client updated with clear reports and campaign results. • Schedule and Budget Management: Monitor timelines and financial allocations for efficiency. • Payment Follow-up: Track and resolve issues related to overdue client payments. • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand the services offered. • Trend Monitoring: Follow the market and propose innovations aligned with the client’s business. • Support for sales and operational automation.
