Job Description

E-Commerce Manager

Bask and Lather Co

• Own the end-to-end management of the Shopify storefront and marketplace listings (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart), including merchandising, seasonal updates, and campaign execution • Maintain accurate and updated listings across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart Marketplace • Ensure all product imagery, video, copy, and page layouts meet brand standards and are QA’d before publishing • Ideate and implement PDP enhancements, A+ content, and on-site experiences to increase conversion rates and customer engagement • Maintain PDP consistency and visual quality across all sales channels • Identify and report website bugs; partner with development or platform support teams to resolve issues • Track and improve e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and AOV • Monitor site data (conversion, bounce rate, traffic behavior) and identify areas for UX and CRO improvements • Create and test bundles, special offers, and upsell strategies • Conduct regular QA across all digital storefronts (desktop and mobile) • Plan and maintain the e-commerce promotional calendar in coordination with the marketing team (launches, bundles, offers) • Brief the creative and social teams on content asset needs for digital sales channels (PDPs, bundles, seasonal themes, etc.) • Monitor competitor websites for best-in-class e-commerce practices in layout, upsells, UGC use, and mobile optimization • Collaborate with the Customer Support Manager to ensure the support team is aware of product changes, launches, promotions, and FAQs • Assist with tracking and integrating reviews, before/after photos, and social proof into product pages • Coordinate launch timelines and readiness across all sales platforms • Partner with operations to ensure accurate inventory visibility across channels

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising (Shopify experience required)
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop preferred
  • Understanding of conversion optimization tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, on-site team setting
