• Manages workforce functions including personnel management, forecasting, reporting, and capacity planning. • Leads a team of analysts, providing support and conducting performance evaluations. • Assists in strategic planning to improve productivity and identifies risks. • Creates reports for decision-making and presents data analysis. • Runs headcount and FTE forecasts, ensuring variance is within targets. • Ensures sufficient seat capacity and optimal utilization of the site. • Collaborates with Operations leaders and attends meetings as needed. • Seeks continuous improvement opportunities for team and processes.
Job Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Management or a computer-related course.
- Knowledge of database management and spreadsheet software, MS Office applications (Access, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
- 2–4 years of experience in the Workforce field.
- Completed Supervisor certification and Six Sigma certification.
- Supervisory experience with advanced knowledge in reports and analysis.
