Job Description

API Supply Planning Manager

Zoetis

• Manage the global demand forecast and supply planning for assigned APIs to prevent market stock-outs • Convert demand forecasts into delivery schedules aligned with supply agreements • Lead monthly review meetings with internal and external receiving sites • Identify and proactively address potential supply risks • Recommend and implement preventive, corrective or mitigating actions • Monitor and expedite API deliveries • Conduct periodic supply review meetings with major suppliers • Drive strategic initiatives to implement best practices across the procurement lifecycle • Generate and analyze periodic reports on supply performance and inventory status

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a supply planning role and supply chain operations
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in inventory modeling, reporting, and forecasting
  • Skilled in Excel, ERP systems (SAP & IBP preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for supply chain challenges
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
