• Strategic account management: You build sustainable partnerships with naturopathic therapists, alternative practitioners (Heilpraktiker), pharmacies and other specialist healthcare professionals. • Partnerships & network development: You maintain these relationships long-term and cultivate them into strong brand ambassadors for our products. • Targeted client acquisition & network building: You identify potential key accounts in the natural healthcare sector, such as therapists, pharmacies and health centers. • Contract negotiation & closing: You independently conduct price and terms negotiations and professionally finalize new partnerships. • Market & competitor analysis: You monitor trends in the natural healthcare market, identify opportunities and provide valuable insights to our marketing and product development teams.

Job Requirements

  • Industry experience in field sales or B2B sales — ideally in natural healthcare, dietary supplements, pharmacy or the broader healthcare sector.
  • You have at least a commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent vocational training) or a degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven success in B2B sales with willingness to travel.
  • Extroversion & empathy: You use your strong communication skills and sensitivity to customer needs effectively.
  • Affinity for KPIs: You enjoy working performance-oriented and are comfortable with numbers.
  • Independent working style: You are organized, goal-oriented and proficient with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel: You hold a Class B driving license and are willing to travel across Germany.
