Cloud Sales Executive – EMEA

Akamai Technologies

• Take ownership of selling Cloud products to prospects across specific EMEA regions • Responsible for the full cycle of sales activities from lead generation to deal closure • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify opportunities for growth and development • Build a strategic and operational plan to accelerate Cloud revenue across assigned territories • Meet bookings and revenue growth quota within your territories to meet and exceed forecasts • Foster long term and solid relationships through understanding customer needs and being an effective advocate within Akamai • Maintain sales pipeline, accurate monthly and quarterly forecast to increase visibility of prospects • Work with integrated cross-functional teams to ensure customer's requirements are successfully delivered

Job Requirements

  • Have relevant sales experience and a Bachelor's in a Business, or a Technical discipline
  • Have experience selling enterprise software, Cloud, SaaS, and internet-based technology solutions to complex organizations
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Cloud and AI technologies
  • Demonstrate experience of account management with short term and long term planning selling into strategic accounts
  • Have experience working in a collaborative, results-oriented environment and building executive level relationships with high-level customers
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
