Role Description - Work part-time remotely collaborating with Arcfield technical leadership and customers. - Create and execute customer engagement plans; serve as point of contact for government and customer organizations; report results of customer activities and engagements. - Support development of early-win strategies for customer outreach and targeted influence, including initial technical discussions, white paper creation, and government relations/legislative advocacy planning. - Drive customer engagement through strategic briefings, RFI responses, and cross-functional meetings. - Elicit functional and non-functional requirements with senior engineers and stakeholders. - Coach and mentor engineers, sharing knowledge through demonstrations, training, and internal knowledge bases. - Set technical direction and quality standards across projects, reviewing engineering outputs to ensure consistency and excellence. - Lead investigations into complex issues and defects, ensuring proper reporting and oversight. - Convene multi-functional teams to innovate and deliver affordable, high-quality technology and engineering solutions. - Support annual and long-range strategic planning and technical roadmaps. Qualifications - BS 16-18, MS 14+, PhD 10+ - Prior working experience with Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) projects. - Proficient with DoD security frameworks and cross-domain solution implementation. - Strong understanding of classified network operations and security requirements. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with DoD certification and accreditation processes. - Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. Requirements - Active US Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (preferred). - Completed specialized training in Space Force network operations (preferred). - Prior experience with AFRL's secure computing environments (preferred). - Led Red Lan Network implementations for Space Force operations (preferred). - Recently held a US Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (preferred). • Designing and defining the end-to-end solution architecture for a treasury system implementation involving third-party external system integration • Leading the solution design thinking phase, including defining the IT landscape, architectural approach, project structure, integration components, and information flows • Shaping and documenting the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements • Collaborating closely with business, technical, and external stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and secure architectural solutions • Overseeing system integration aspects (APIs, middleware, ETL) and ensuring seamless interoperability between internal and third-party systems • Producing clear and comprehensive solution design documentation to support implementation and future maintenance

• Meet with clients to understand their technical challenges, goals, and requirements. • Develop customized technical solutions, often involving software, data and AI, or cloud services to meet specific client needs. • Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal engineering, development, and support teams. • Create technical documentation, design documents, training materials, and proof of concepts for presentations. • Drive clarity across stakeholders through consultation, creation, and discussion of architecture work products. • Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to define solution patterns and reference architectures. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand end‑to‑end processes, decisions, and information flows, and translate them into automated workflows. • Design workflow diagrams and process specifications that clearly define steps, inputs/outputs, and where human vs. automated vs. AI‑driven decisions occur. • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to define the data required for each action or decision and curate it into a well‑modeled Snowflake “data substrate” (tables, views, and data contracts). • Work with data dictionaries/catalogs to ensure every workflow step has clear, reliable data sources and that changes to the data model are reflected in automations. • Identify where AI capabilities (LLMs, classification, extraction, summarization, retrieval, etc.) can safely and effectively augment or replace manual work in workflows. • Monitor and troubleshoot workflow runs, data issues, and AI‑agent calls; implement improvements to increase robustness, observability, and performance. • Define and maintain metrics and dashboards to track workflow performance, throughput, and error rates using the underlying Snowflake data; gather feedback from users and stakeholders, run experiments, and iterate on workflow and agent designs to continuously improve business outcomes.

• Leads the identification, definition, and documentation of solution architecture, technical design, and interface requirements through thorough analysis of technical and business processes • Serves as a liaison between clients, health services, technology, and training teams to determine appropriate EDI and interoperability solutions, and to review, identify, clarify, and resolve solution requirements • Identifies inconsistencies, risks, and gaps within complex business, data, and integration workflows • Provides architectural guidance and oversight to business analysts and engineers in planning, analysis, and execution of requirements and solution documentation
