Your Role Responsibilities - Design, prototype, and build basic business solutions following best practices to meet business needs based on feedback from stakeholders; safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of internal systems and data by following company security protocols. - Test basic business solutions and ensure performance is as designed; work with team members to identify and resolve any issues. - Document basic solutions to allow the support team to effectively assist business customers and ensure easy ongoing maintenance; transition key information to the support team. - Participate in business analysis activities to assist in gathering information about business processes and customer needs from key stakeholders; assist in the documentation and presentation of basic business analysis and solution requirements for validation and approval. - Assist with the migration of business solutions into environments and support stakeholders throughout the migration process with guidance from team members. - Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for end users with guidance from team members; comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy.
