Sales Development Representative – SDR

Fieldwire by Hilti

• Qualify and engage inbound leads from our Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns as well as current Hilti customers. • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified opportunities • Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companies • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build strong pipeline • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (Salesforce) • Learn and articulate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape • Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals

Job Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated by results
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with outbound sales tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce) a plus
  • Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus
